Comtree Offers Quality Products & Services from Known Suppliers

Comtree Inc. strive to be a source for quality products from well known manufacturers. As an additional measure of quality and security, their terms and conditions typically flow through to you, the end customer.

Pricing

Price for all in-stock products is indicated on the website. Price for out of stock products may be higher. Price for expedited products may be higher. Price is subject to change without notice. In the event that a product is mistakenly posted with an incorrect price, Comtree Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product at the incorrect price. Payments / Credit Cards

Payments on this website are ONLY with:

1. Credit Cards: Any Issued Visa, MasterCard, or American Express as accepted by our third party billing service.

2. PayPal

3. N30 Account – Must be arranged in advance.

All orders may require additional information and verification by our third party billing service. This may include, but may not be limited to, credit card billing address verification by the credit card issuing bank and other billing information. Comtree reserve the right to audit any order for verification, authenticity, accuracy and for validity of credit card information, billing and shipping address’s. This is required for fraud prevention and for security for Comtree, our suppliers, and card holders. Shipments will not be released until payment has been made.

Sales Tax

Comtree Inc. collects sales tax for all shipping locations in Canada. The amounts are dependent on the province the goods are delivered to. If you posses a valid tax exemption number and certificate for your province, and if the purchased items are exempt, please email the certificate to sales@comtreeinc.com to arrange for your exemption. Please remember to include your contact and company information on the certificate.

Shipping Policy

Most shipments are FCA from our Mississauga warehouse: 54-6625 Kitimat Rd. ON L5N 6J1. Some bulk items may be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer if this results in a reduced cost to the customer. Unless instructed otherwise, we will ship the most economical way. If requested in advance, we can usually ship via a common courier on your account. Comtree also offer delivery service in the GTA for a fee. Comtree will work with the customer to find the most economical delivery service.

Customer is responsible for any and all additional fees charged by a shipping carrier. These may be, but not be limited to: Delivery Area Surcharges, Residential Surcharges, Signature Surcharges, Hazardous Materials Surcharges, Address Correction Surcharges, Invalid Account Numbers, Unauthorized Use of an Account Number, Reroute Shipment Surcharges, , Unauthorized Charges, Lift gate Surcharges, and Weight Adjustment/Validation surcharges.

Hazardous Products/Dangerous Goods (HazMat) Shipping

A product is considered hazardous by its MSDS / SDS information and/or if regulated by MTO, DOT, or by any other government regulatory agency. For all air hazardous shipments, the regulations are further regulated by ICAO / IATA. Presently, Comtree ships HazMat products via Apex/Western Ground, or FedEx Air. In the GTA, Comtree also offer a HasMat delivery service for a fee. Comtree will work with the customer to find the most economical HazMat delivery service.

Shipping Problems

1: Short Shipments – We strive to ensure that you receive accurate orders, please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. All claims for short shipments must be made within 3 days of delivery.

2: Damaged Shipments – If a shipment is damaged by the carrier, please attempt to not accept the shipment. Please notify Comtree immediately if shipping has been prepaid. If shipping is on customer account, please contact the carrier.

Returns

Should you need to return a product, please contact customer service by email: customerservice@comtreeinc.com for an RMA #. number before shipping back.
1:Returns are to be sent prepaid on your account and not collect unless otherwise authorized by us.
2:Returns are subject to a 15% – 30% restocking fee.
3: Some special orders are subject to additional manufacturers restocking fees and might not even be returnable.

All sales are final within 7 days of receipt. Used or damaged products are not returnable. If payment was made by credit card, a refund will be issued to the card. Please allow up to 7-10 days for credits to be issued/posted to your account.

Warranty

Comtree Inc. assumes no liability for any damages resulting from the use of the products we sell. Comtree Inc. is only a sales agent and provides these products as-is and is not responsible, and does not warranty any product for applicability, or appropriateness for any application whether express or implied. Warranties by the original manufacturer, express or implied, are the sole responsibility of the original manufacturer.

Use of Site

Harassment in any manner or form, and Impersonation of others is strictly prohibited and may be prosecuted. You will not upload to, hack, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable. You will not hack, distribute, or otherwise publish through any other method or technique any content from this site which may be private, libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable.
